This elegant Silver George III Argyle is in good condition and features a detailed engravd crest on both the body and a smaller one on the lid.

Argyles are used for gravy and feature a section in the middle to a piece of iron which would have been heated, to ensure the gravy stayed warm. they are quite rare and highly collectable.

Made in London in 1795.
