A very good quality Antique Geo. III Silver Soup Tureen featuring rich detailing. The Tureen stands on 4 claw feet topped with lion heads, and both side of the tureen has an ornate cartouche. One cartouche has a monogram in the centre and one has a crest. The rim and lid have a gadroon edge border.This item is in very good condition and the item has a full set of hallmarks on the base and is part marked on the lid.Made in London.Date – 1809.Maker – John Robins.Approx.
