A Rare Set of 12 Apostle Spoons by Ramsden & Carr. These hand wrought Dessert Spoons are created in the fashion of traditional Apostle Spoons but are updated to encompass the gorgeous aesthetic of Ramsden & Carr. Each Spoon represents a different King or Saint in the form of a figure on the top of the handle. These are - St. Benedict, St. Boniface, St. Edward, St. Oswald, St. Edward the Confessor, St. Chad, St. Alphege, St. Cuthbert, St. Dunstan, St. Edmund, St. Aiden and the Venerable Bede. The attention to detail for each figure is remarkable as each has elements unique to them. The Backs of the spoons contain status information and dates. The Spoons are presented in their original fitted case. The bowls have a lighty hammered finish.
